FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically urology. A renal duct is cut off from a pelvis. A lower pole of kidney is resected. Reinforcing "?"-sutures are applied on the perimetre of kidney through a capsule, a parenchyma and a renal cup wall. The cup and the renal duct are sutured together with covering the previously applied "?"-sutures. An anastomosis area is covered with a free flap of the renal capsule. Capsular edges are fixed to a serous coat of the renal duct by separate interrupted sutures.EFFECT: method provides higher strength of ureterocolic anastomosis.1 ex, 4 dwg |
