Each induction coil consists of core 1 and side rods 2 located symmetrically in relation to the core and having together with them common base 3. When in still state, induction coils are situated on one axis symmetrically in relation to the gap. Section area of core 1 is equal to total surface area of side rods 2. Core of each induction coil is equipped with tip 5 and excitation winding 4, which expand towards the rods.
