摘要 PURPOSE: An integrated combustion boiler system for pyrolyzing and gasifying solid fuel products is provided to increase the efficiency of heat energy by immediately collecting the heat energy radiated from a combustion chamber and an exhaust port since a heat recovery unit is installed above the combustion chamber and in the exhaust port. CONSTITUTION: An integrated combustion boiler system for pyrolyzing and gasifying solid fuel products comprises a combustion unit(100), a fuel feeding unit(200), and a heat recovery unit(300). The combustion unit comprises a combustion chamber(110) and a rotary grate(120). The rotary grate is installed on the bottom of the combustion chamber and rotates in place. A vertical screw conveyor(210) of the fuel feeding unit penetrates the bottom of the combustion chamber and the rotary grate in order and is installed up to the peak of the rotary grate. The fuel feeding unit feeds solid fuel to the exterior of the rotary grate through the bottom of the combustion chamber. The heat recovery unit absorbs heat above the combustion chamber and inside an exhaust port with pipe bodies(310).
