PURPOSE: A liquid nitrogen feeder and an ice cream making apparatus including thereof are provided to supply desired discharging amount of liquid nitrogen, and to separate the liquid nitrogen and gaseous nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A liquid nitrogen feeder(100) comprises the following: a housing(110) receiving liquid nitrogen(LN), and including a liquid nitrogen discharging outlet(112) on one side; a liquid nitrogen supplying pipe(120) installed on one side of the housing; an ascending/descending unit(130) installed inside the housing for ascending and descending by the buoyancy of the liquid nitrogen; a detection sensor(140) installed on the upper side of the ascending/descending unit inside the housing for detecting the contact with the ascending/descending unit; a controller(150) controlling the liquid nitrogen supplying pipe based on detection signals from the detection sensor; a separator installed on the liquid nitrogen discharging outlet; and a gaseous nitrogen discharging outlet(170) for discharging gaseous nitrogen. |
