PURPOSE: A steering wheel equipped with a hot wire is provided to keep hands of a driver warm. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel equipped with a hot wire comprises the hot wire along the circumferential exterior surface of the steering wheel for keeping hands of a driver warm in winter season. The hot wire heats the steering wheel and is applied to various design steering wheels.
