PURPOSE: A 3D printing of a metal powder laser stack welding type is provided to rapidly produce a product and to obtain the product of a composite material with a combination of different powder materials. CONSTITUTION: A 3D printing of a metal powder laser stack welding type is as follows. A working table(37) is fixed within a vacuum chamber without being transferred to an X-axis, Y-axis, and a Z-axis. A powder material printing pipe(54) spraying a powder material is transferred to the Y-axis and Z-axis. The planarization of the powder material is performed by transferring the powder material height regulating plate(56) to the Y-axis and Z-axis. The powder material printing pipe and powder material height regulating plate are assembled to a vertical slide member(40) and horizontal Y-axis guide(50) with a slide(52), thereby being transferred by a vertical transferring motor(49) and Y-axis transferring motor(59). A laser output unit(65) are transferred to the X-axis, Y-axis, and the Z-axis and assembled to a vertical slide member and horizontal Y-axis guide with a slide(62), thereby being transferred by a vertical transferring motor and a Y-axis transferring motor(69). |
