PURPOSE: A rapid spherical frozen food producing apparatus using an ultra-low temperature refrigerant is provided to easily separate frozen food without using a separate heater or other structures. CONSTITUTION: A rapid spherical frozen food producing apparatus comprises the following: a molding plate rapidly frozen by liquid nitrogen; a fixing plate(100) including a first shape unit for partially molding frozen food; a second shape plate(200) including a second shape unit for partially molding the frozen food; a third shape plate(300) including a third shape unit; an inlet(600) for inserting ingredients into the molding plate; and a liquid nitrogen storage unit(500) for storing the liquid nitrogen(510). The second and third shape plates rotate around a predetermined shaft by the fixing plate for discharging the molded frozen food. The second and third shape plates include opening protrusions and are combined to the fixing plate using rotating units(400). |
