<p>PURPOSE: A cold-rolled steel sheet with excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to meet both requirements of high-temperature properties and room-temperature formability. CONSTITUTION: A cold-rolled steel sheet comprises 0.002-0.005weight% of C, 0.05-0.10weight% of Ti, 0.02-0.20weight% of Co, 0.1-0.4weight% of Cu, 0.10-0.35weight% of Mn, 0.01-0.10weight% of Al, 0.003-0.020weight% of P, 0.002-0.006weight% of N, 0.003-0.015weight% of S, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the effective addition rate of C to Ti and Co, (Ti×Co)/C, is 1.5-3.5 and the atomic ratio of Cu and S, Cu/S, is 5-25. Cu-based sulfide is formed on the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet.</p> |
