<p>PURPOSE: A multilayered plastic substrate and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve moisture barrier characteristic and to increase the surface hardness of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered plastic substrate(100) includes two plastic films(110a, 110b), first organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layers(115a, 115b), gas barrier layers(120a, 120b), and second organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layers(125a, 125b). Two plastic films are combined by an adhesive layer(130). The plastic substrate is obtained by stacking an upper stacked part and a lower stacked part. The upper stacked part is formed by stacking one first organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layer, one gas barrier layer, and one second organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layer on the first plastic film. The lower stacked part is formed by stacking another first organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layer, another gas barrier layer, and another second organic or organic-inorganic hybrid layer on the second plastic film. The upper stacked part and the lower stacked part are combined based on the adhesive layer.</p> |
