A cooling tower with minimization of re-circulation of humid air in space between the inlet to the cooling tower and outlet from it has body with channel for inlet of cooled liquid, with outlet opening for hot air and means for collection and discharge of cooled liquid for repetitive use, and central chamber with fan installed in the outlet opening for hot air. Over the fan cylindrical diffuser is placed, its height is not less than 2/3 of the radius of the fan impeller, and on the inner surface of the diffuser at angle 45±5 degrees to the line of intersection of the generatrix of the cylinder of diffuser not less than two guide strips with rectangular cross sections are installed, with width 1/9÷1/10 of the radius of the fan impeller. |
