PURPOSE: A reflective sheet and a manufacturing method are provided to add a nightglow function thereby increasing visibility in a place where light is weak or strong. CONSTITUTION: A retro-reflection layer is prepared in a back side of a reflective film(110). The retro-reflection layer reflects incident light in an incidence direction. A nightglow layer(120) is arranged in the back side of the reflective film. The nightglow layer accumulates the incident light through the reflective film. The nightglow layer generates light in a dark place. The nightglow layer penetrates the generated light to a front side of the reflective film. |
