PURPOSE: A safety device of a loading deck for dump truck is provided to detect the lifting state of a loading box and convert the lifted loading truck into a down state. CONSTITUTION: A safety device of a loading deck for a dump truck comprises a limit switch(30), a resistance unit(60), a rotation sensor(70), a control unit(40), an accelerator pedal module(80), and a side brake module(90). The limit switch is installed in the both sides of the lower frame(12) of a dump truck. The limit switch detects the moving of a loading box(20). The resistance unit is comprised in the propeller shaft(52) of the dump truck. The rotation sensor detects the number of rotation of resistance unit. The control unit controls the operation of the rotation sensor. The accelerator pedal module releases the acceleration of the dump truck. The side brake module stops the moving of the dump truck. |
