PURPOSE: A precast concrete manufacturing method in a construction site is provided to reduce construction time and costs by manufacturing concrete for a bottom, a ceiling, and a wall in a construction site. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete manufacturing method in a construction site is as follows. A lower wall forming frame is formed on the top of a moving cart(S10). An inner structure with nuts is installed inside the lower wall forming frame(S20). Concrete is placed inside the lower wall forming frame and cured to form a lower wall(S30,S40). A vinyl material is spread on the top surface of the cured lower wall so that an upper wall can be formed thereon(S50). The lower wall forming frame is removed from the lower wall, and an upper wall forming frame is formed on the lower wall(S60). An inner structure is installed inside the upper wall forming frame, and concrete is placed and cured(S70).
