A method for activation of pure culture inoculating yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae comprises preparation of cell suspension in sterile water and its treatment with electromagnetic radiation of millimeter wavelength diapason of non-thermal power. The yeast cell suspension in sterile water is prepared in the ratio (1:8) – (1:12) in closed reservoir with flat bottom, cooled to the temperature of +2 …+, while cells uniformly gravitate to the bottom of reservoir, and electromagnetic radiation of activating frequency 41.76 GHz is underfeed on the cell suspension layer.
