A method for making a dish comprises disintegrating a filler, coating the filler onto a half-finished bakery product and heating such that the filler is preliminary grated on a grater, in particular hard cheese, which is coated onto one (lower) part of the half-finished bakery product, in particular lavash, conditionally divided into halves by an even layer, and the filler (the grated hard cheese) is covered with the other (upper) part of the half of the half-finished bakery product (lavash). After that the prepared dish is heated in a preliminary heated roaster at a temperature of 250 °C in the course of 1.5-2.0 minutes, and then prior to serving it is cut into 6 equal parts. |
