A vehicle control system restricting use of a wireless telephone in a moving vehicle has a device for determining the moment, in which the vehicle speed is greater than a predetermined maximum value for use of a wireless telephone, and a device for detecting the fact of using a radiophone by driver when driving at the speed that exceeds the specified predetermined maximum value. The device for detecting the fact of using a wireless telephone by driver when driving at the speed exceeding the specified predetermined maximum value is broadband and is equipped with a spatially anisotropic antenna. The device for determining the moment, in which the vehicle speed is greater than the predetermined maximum value for use of a wireless telephone is equipped with a switching device, which turns on the intermittent blinking of warning signals or just regular alarms that do not generate in the given moment the warning signals of braking or its maneuver. |
