METHOD FOR ACID SLUDGE REPROCESSING

A method for acid sludge reprocessing comprises the removing of sulphuric acid and sulphuric groups from acid sludge. Water contained in acid sludge is used for production of sulphuric acid, the acid sludge is supplied into reactor with agitating device, where it is heated to the temperature of 170-, wherein the continuous removing of diluted sulphuric acid fumes is carried out with theirs subsequent condensing. The organic phase with sulphur concentration less than 1 wt.% is directed to subsequent reprocessing into bitumen or for production of electric or heat energy.
