PURPOSE: A hexahedral unit for a prefabricated building and an assembling method thereof are provided to construct a building in a desired shape by coupling the units depending on the shape and size of land. CONSTITUTION: A hexahedral unit(100) for a prefabricated building comprises a frame(10) and frame joints. The frame comprises a frame body and an insertion space. The frame body has multiple hollows. The hollows are divided by partition walls. The insertion space is formed inside the frame body. Each frame joint has a frame joint body, two or more connections, and insertion fixtures. The connections are vertically coupled to the frame joint body. The insertion fixtures are connected to the ends of the connections.
