PURPOSE: An apparatus for sealing preparative medicine bags is provided to seal preparative medicine bags by welding inlet ports thereof in a state where medicines are put in the medicine bags. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sealing preparative medicine bags comprises a medicine bag holder(120), a lower supporting member(130), a pushing plate(140), a heater(150), a pushing plate driving unit(160), an alignment sensing part, a switching part, and a control part. The medicine bag holder holds multiple preparative medicine bags to heat and seal inlet ports thereof. The lower supporting member supports the bottom of the inlet ports of the medicine bags placed on the medicine bag holder. The pushing plate presses the inlet ports toward the lower supporting member. The heater heats the lower supporting member or the pushing plate. The pushing plate driving unit makes the pushing plate approach to or separate from the lower supporting member. The alignment sensing part senses the lateral alignment state of the medicine bags. The switching part selectively supplies power to the heater. The control part controls the on and off of the switching part and the pushing plate driving unit according to the results of the alignment sensing part.
