PURPOSE: A voltage sensing circuit of a battery pack and a method thereof are provided to measure a voltage of the battery pack without a discharge of a capacitor by using a voltage distribution property of the capacitor, thereby removing an error according to voltage sensing time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of capacitors(305,307) is connected to a battery pack. A plurality of capacitors stores electric energy by the connected battery pack. A microcomputer(311) is connected to any one of a plurality of capacitors. The microcomputer measures a voltage value of the connected capacitors. The microcomputer calculates a voltage of the battery pack by using each of capacitance values of a plurality of capacitors and the measured voltage value.
