In a method for providing operation of an al complex comprising an electric generator and an electric motor being supplied from said generator, the both machines are three-phase asynchronous ones and have capacitance compensation of reactive power, an external electric capacitance connected in parallel to the motor on the generator output. In normal load mode or in overload mode, two electric capacitance of machines of additional capacitance excitation are parallel connected between ends of the secondary windings of autoconnection stator winding of asynchronous machines. During start and of the asynchronous motor by one contactor in the phase the capacitors are switched to shunt secondary windings of autoconnection stator windings of balanced machines.
