A method for assessment of microcirculatory disturbances in patients in the acute period of burn disease comprises the blood sampling with anticoagulant, determination of marker disorders of the microvasculature. As a marker of microcirculatory disorders the ratio o adenosindesaminase activity to lactate dehydrogenase activity in erythrocytes hemolisate is used, increasing of the ratio more than twice accompanying the microcirculatory disorders. |
