PURPOSE: A collecting rate automatic controllable membrane filtration-based water treatment apparatus with a sensor is provided to control a collecting rate controlling part according to the polluted degree of water in a filtering bath. CONSTITUTION: A collecting rate automatic controllable membrane filtration-based water treatment apparatus includes a filtering bath(100), a first filtering part(101), a filtered bath sensor part(110), one or more second filtering parts(130), a collecting rate controlling part(160), a controlling part(140), and a controlling signal inputting unit. The filtering bath sensor part is positioned in the filtering bath and detects the polluted degree of water in the filtering bath. The second filtering parts filter the water from the filtering bath and re-supply the filtered water into the filtering bath. The collecting rate controlling part controls the amount of the water from the filtering bath.
