PURPOSE: A device and a method for inspecting a lamination plate are provided to obtain an inspection image showing bubbles and foreign materials in an adhesive and a state of the adhesive in an ambient portion even though an opaque area is existed in the ambient area of a lamination plate. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a lamination plate comprises a line sensor camera(50), a first lighting unit(51), and a second lighting unit(52). The line sensor camera is arranged to be faced to a first plate(11) of a lamination plate(10). The first light member lights a surface of the lamination plate from a side of the first plate while in the state that an optical axis cannot cross an optical axis of the line sensor camera. The second lighting member lights toward the line sensor camera from a side of the second plate. The first lighting member diagonally lights a predetermined area spreading to a direction following a photographing line while being spaced from the photographing line of the line sensor camera at a predetermined distance.
