PURPOSE: A real time monitoring system focusing on preventing flood control facility collapse caused by river overflow is provided to prevent displacement or collapse of a flood control facility caused by the river overflow in case that the flood control facility such as a beam is equipped in river. CONSTITUTION: An upper cover(10) has a first screw thread(11) in a bottom. A transmission panel(20) of a nipple shape has a first screw unit(21) connected to the first screw thread of the upper cover in an upper side and a second screw thread(22) in a lower side. A connecting panel(30) has a second screw unit(32) connected to the second screw thread in inner periphery. A body(40) has a screw thread(41) connected to the second screw unit in outer periphery of the upper side and a male screw(42) which is curved to an inner side in outer periphery. The center of gravity unit(60) of a cone shape has a female screw(62) which connects to the male screw of the main. A measuring sensor includes a communicating unit(72) and a controlling unit connected to a slope sensor(71) and an antenna(72a). |
