PURPOSE: A water sterilizing and advanced treatment apparatus using rotary induction microwaves and a method using the same are provided to treat plenty of sewage and wastewater by preventing the concentration of UV rays and uniformly disperse the UV rays. CONSTITUTION: A water sterilizing and advanced treatment apparatus includes a high frequency magnetron(31) and an induction UV ray vacuum lamp. An advanced reactor is divided into a microwave emitting part(30) and a photochemical reactor. An induction vacuum lamp is integrated with a rotary plate to form a horizontal rotor in the center part of the photochemical reactor. The microwave emitting part is formed at one external side of the horizontal rotor. The microwave emitting part includes a plurality of magnetrons and waveguides(32) and emits microwaves.
