PURPOSE: A fuel tank system for an ethanol vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of gasoline in an auxiliary fuel tank as first and second insulators are inserted into a part where an auxiliary fuel tank, an auxiliary fuel pump, and a fixing unit are combined. CONSTITUTION: A fuel tank system for an ethanol vehicle comprises a main fuel tank(10), a main feed line(11), a canister(12), an auxiliary fuel tank(30), an auxiliary feed line(31), an injector(33), an auxiliary evaporation line(34), and an auxiliary fuel pump. The main fuel tank holds ethanol, and the auxiliary fuel tank holds gasoline. The main feed line supplies the ethanol to an engine(20) form the main fuel tank. The canister is connected to one side of the main fuel tank. The auxiliary feed line supplies the gasoline to the engine from the auxiliary fuel tank. The injector is connected between the engine and the auxiliary feed line, and injects the gasoline to the engine. The auxiliary evaporation line supplies evaporated gas to a canister(12). The auxiliary fuel pump supplies the gasoline to an engine. |
