PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell having improvised efficiency by coloring on a backside, and a window frame including the same are provided to enhance an aesthetic sense by coating a white coating layer on the back side of a substrate and then coloring the white coating layer with various colors. CONSTITUTION: A first coating layer(310) is formed on the outside of either an upper plate(331) or a lower plate(332). The thickness of the first coating layer is 10μm to 100μm. A painting layer(320) is coated on the first coating layer. The painting layer includes a curable composition like in the first coating layer. An electrolyte(330) is filled between the upper plate and the lower plate. |
