METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF SENSITIZATION TO NEURO-SPECIFIC PROTEINS (NSP) AT NEURO-TRANSPLANTATION OF ALLOGENIC PROGENITOR NEURO-CELLS OF FETAL BRAIN

Disclosed is a method for the determination of sensitization to non-specific proteins (NSP) at neuro-transplantation of allogenic progenitor neuro-cells of fetal brain through immunological study. Within a given period after transplantation (1 month) one takes in recipients venous peripheral blood, with preparation of blood serum in which one studies content of auto-antibodies to neuro-specific proteins, in particular main protein myelin (MPM), protein S-100 and neuro-specific enolase (NSE) by solid phase enzyme immunoassay by means of a test system developed for carrying out enzymoimmunoassay of antibodies to NSP and specific anti-sample conjugates of secondary antibodies.
