PURPOSE: A plunger type master cylinder composition is provided to provide a plunger type master cylinder with excellent hardness, modulus and tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: A plunger type master cylinder composition comprises 60-120 parts by weight of carbon black, 0.5-4 parts by weight an antioxidant, 1-20 parts by weight of a plasticizer and 3-6 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent based on 100.0 parts by weight of a polymer. The polymer comprises 50-70 parts by weight of ethylene, 30-50 parts by weight of propylene and 4-10 parts by weight of ethylidene norbonene. The antioxidant is one or more selected from a group consisting of an amine-based compound, a phenol-based compound. The plasticizer is a polyether type plasticizer. The vulcanizing agent is dicumyl peroxide. |
