PURPOSE: A fuel cell which includes a block for embedding current connection terminal or a redox flow battery are provided to prevent connection terminals from being protruded and to reduce a space take over by the protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell or a redox flow battery stack comprises an end plate(21), an insulating plate(22), a current plate, a separator, and a flow frame. The current plate includes a connection terminal(28) which is conductively connected with external energy source. A plate adjacent to the current plate includes grooves in which connection terminal coupling element(30) can be inserted. The inserted connection terminal combining member can be combined with the current connection terminal. The adjacent plate is either an end plate or a flow frame.
