The umbrella-carrier has a fastening screw for fastening an umbrella (1) with a handlebar of a bicycle, where the umbrella-carrier is permanently fixed on a left or right side of a stem of the handlebar. Two guides are attached together by a high strength band i.e. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fasteners) for fixing the umbrella. The high strength band is directly fixed on a telescopic handle. The telescopic handle allows possible movements such as up/down movements, front/back movements and right/left side movements of quick fasteners for maintaining a desired position of the umbrella.
