PURPOSE: A functional reducer for preventing a risk factor is provided to prevent leakage of gas even though a finishing plug is removed. CONSTITUTION: A short edge is prepared in an end side of a small inner screw. A holding protrusion is prepared in an end side of an inner screw. A shielding member is inserted inside the body. The shielding member is pressed down by an inclined compression spring. The large circle of a spring is inserted into the holding protrusion. The shielding member is inserted into a stepped protrusion by tension of the spring before coupling a finishing plug. When a fuse cook is coupled with a reducer, the shielding member is opened.
