<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charging system which can surely inhibit a person other than a user from stopping vehicle charging. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle charging system comprises a charging unit 6 which includes a control unit 7, an electrical outlet 9 which is connected with an inlet plug 8 of a vehicle 1 parked in a car parking compartment 3 for supplying electric power from a power supply trunk line, and an ID information reading unit 22 for authenticating a user for charging. When someone tries to stop vehicle charging, the control unit 7 controls the vehicle charging system to terminate charging only if it is determined that key ID information read by the ID information reading unit 22 matches key ID information recorded when the user started the vehicle charging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
