<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a low-cost, highly reliable laminated electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminated electronic component comprises the steps of preparing a laminate having a plurality of magnetic body layers 2 composed of a ferrite including Fe, Zn, Cu, and Ni and an internal electrode 3 disposed between the plurality of magnetic body layers 2, and burning the laminate at a temperature rising rate of 100°C/minute or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
