<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lens unit capable of forming a bright image even if an amount of light from a light emitting-device is lowered. <P>SOLUTION: In a lens unit, a lens plate 30a on one side is disposed on an object side while sandwiching a shading plate 40 on the other side, and a lens plate 30b is disposed on an image forming side. Microlenses 31a, 31b are arranged in two rows on the lens plates 30a, 30b, respectively. The microlenses 31a, 31b have the same arrangement intervals and are arranged so that respective optical axes AXL thereof aligned with each other. A length of the microlenses 31a, 31b in the arrangement direction is set smaller than a lens diameter RL of the microlenses 31a, 31b and the arrangement density is made high, there by resolution of a lens array can be improved. Furthermore, the lens diameter of the microlenses 31a, 31b is relatively larger than the length of the microlenses 31a, 31b in the arrangement direction, thereby an amount of light incident on the microlenses 31a, 31b is increased to obtain a bright image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
