摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which even if a defective element of a detector has an influence on peripheral elements, is capable of accurately correcting an image. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to an outflow type defective element from which charge flows out to adjacent elements (or peripheral elements) because of a defect etc. in a read circuit of a detector, a signal outflow function f(x) expressing the ratio of outflow is held in a storage part 202 as an influence amount parameter 205. A central processing unit 20 performs, as correction processing, defective element correction processing in addition to off-set correction, air correction, e.g. performed in general, thereby estimating an output signal from the outflow type defective element on the basis of an output signal obtained from a normal detection element, and corrects the output signal from the defective peripheral element around the outflow type defective element on the basis of the estimated output signal from the outflow type defective element and the influence amount parameter 205. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
