<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep feces stay at a predetermined position without coming around to a back side even when a person wears a diaper, who is in a state where gluteus maximus muscles are reduced thereby to allow a sacral bone to project outward from buttocks. <P>SOLUTION: A diaper cover for nursing care includes: a buttocks correspondence elastic member 21 arranged at a position opposing to the buttocks by avoiding at least a tailbone at the distal end of the sacral bone thereby to push up the buttocks in a lying or sitting state from a floor side; a sacral bone protection elastic member 22 arranged on the human body side of the buttocks correspondence elastic member 21 and having a protection means for protecting a living body from pressing force at a position corresponding to the sacral bone and the buttocks; a defecation cylinder part 31 formed by penetration through the sacral bone protection elastic member 22 and the buttocks correspondence elastic member 21; and a cover 11 for covering the exposure surfaces of the buttocks correspondence elastic member 21, the sacral bone protection elastic member 22, and the defecation cylinder part 31, and covering a lower abdominal region via hips from the back side in a wearing state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
