The disclosure first relates to a room comprising an inner space delimited by an upper wall, a lower wall and side walls, the room being provided with a ventilator, the ventilator including: an extractor operably extracting air from the inner space towards the outside of the room, arranged on one side wall; and air intakes on the other side walls. The disclosure also relates to a method for ventilating a room including an inner space delimited by an upper wall, a lower wall and side walls, the method including the extraction of air from the inner space to the outside of the room by an air extractor arranged on one side wall, and the entry of air via air intakes arranged on the other side walls. The disclosure further relates to an air intake adapted to perform the method above.
