<p>The present invention provides a method for processing a nanopore comprising the following steps: (a) processing a first nano fine channel from one direction of a base material with a femtosecond laser; (b) processing an nth nano fine channel (n is a natural number higher than or equal to 2) from a different direction of the base material with the femtosecond laser; and (c) putting into contact the ends of the first nano fine channel and the nth nano channel so as to process the nanopore having a size that is smaller than the first nano fine channel and the nth nano fine channel.</p> |
