<p>An ultrathin electromagnetic vibration device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The ultrathin electromagnetic vibration device comprises a frame, a vibrating plate, a set of suspensions, a voice coil and a magnetic hysteresis loop system, wherein the suspensions comprise an upper suspension and a lower suspension which are connected with the upper and lower surfaces of the vibrating plate respectively, so that the vibrating plate is fixedly connected to a substrate of the frame, and the upper and lower suspensions act at the same time to ensure that the vibrating plate can only vibrate vertically; and one end of the voice coil is fixed on the back of the vibrating plate, and similarly, a vertical stroke of the voice coil can be realized when a voice coil stroke drives the vertical vibration of the vibrating plate, thereby replacing the function of elastic waves or a centering disk in the conventional electromagnetic vibration device.</p> |
