<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting frame member which emits light without a power supply and allows recognition of the position of an object. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting frame member 100 in an embodiment is a frame member attached to the outer periphery of a switch panel 1, for example. The light emitting frame member 100 comprises a frame body 10, a light emitting part 20 and a fixing part 30. The frame body 10 is the main body of the frame member and has a shape which surrounds the outer periphery of the switch panel 1. The frame body 10 can be made in various shapes depending on the shape of the outer periphery of the object to which it is attached. The light emitting part 20 is constituted by a material having a light storing property and can be provided on the upper surface side of the frame body 10.
