<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor holding structure which sufficiently absorbs vibrations transmitted from a motor to a holding body with a vibration proofing body to reduce the vibrations and achieves good mountability, and to provide an electric device and a blower that have the motor holding structure. <P>SOLUTION: A flange 33 is provided at a substantially center part of an outer peripheral surface of a motor body 31 of a motor 3, and a protruding part 34, having a tongue shape, is provided at the flange 33 so as to protrude. The protruding part 34 is covered by a vibration proof spacer 35 made of synthetic rubber. An angle for motor fixation 5 includes a cover part 51 covering the vibration proof spacer 35; and an adhesion part adhered to a cabinet 4. The vibration proof spacer 35 is covered by the cover part 51 and the angle for the motor fixation 5 is placed so as to contact with the cabinets 4 with the vibration proof spacer 35 fitted into a spacer fitting recessed part 411 of a flange housing part 41 of the cabinet 4 and the motor 3 fitted into a mount hole 412.
