<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile transmission program, capable of preventing a facsimile transmission request from a user having no authority of facsimile transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A facsimile driver program 22a is executed by a user terminal 20 provided in a network system, including an MFP performing facsimile transmission and an authentication server storing the presence or absence of facsimile transmission authority on a user-by-user basis. The facsimile driver program 22a makes the user terminal 20 function as: authentication request means 21a for requesting the authentication server to authenticate the user; command reception means 21b for receiving a facsimile transmission command from the user through a screen display; and when the command is received by the command reception means 21b, transmission request means 21c for requesting the MFP to transmit facsimile.
