摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse input cutoff mechanism having a simple structure, inexpensively manufactured, miniaturizable, and applicable to two directional kinds of torque transmissions. <P>SOLUTION: The reverse input cutoff mechanism includes: a fixed side member 2; an input side rotational member 4; an output side rotational member 6; a coil spring 8 arranged facing each peripheral surface of the input side rotational member 4 and the output side rotational member 6; and a braking force giving means giving a braking force to rotation interlocking with the rotation of input rotational member 4 of the coil spring 8, and is also equipped with mounting portions each to be joined to external equipment, on one and the other sides in the axial direction of the input side rotational member 4. The coil spring 8 has one portion 8d mounted to interlock with the peripheral surface of the input side rotational member 4 in the rotational direction, and the other portion 8e coming into contact with the peripheral surface of the output side rotational member 6 with a slight pressure, or fitting in the peripheral surface with a slight clearance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
