<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual scenery display device through which a situation at the time of photography including a scenery or the like which was not photographed at the time of the photography can be re-experienced. <P>SOLUTION: A user is able to select a virtual scenery image along the direction of an arrow E in Fig. 8(c) (the 360° rotational direction around a photography position) by operating right and left keys of a cross key 102a. For example, when the right key is pressed in the state in Fig. 8(c), a virtual scenery image on the right of a virtual scenery image 501 is selected, and a photographer image 502 is composed at the center position of the selected virtual scenery image.
