A rotary impact type rock drilling machine and a double-layer drilling rod mechanism comprise an excitation mechanism (1), a rotating mechanism (3) and a flushing mechanism (10). The rotating mechanism (3) consists of a rotary box body (8), a driving gear (7), a rotary gear (6) and a rotary coupling sleeve (9); the rotary gear (6) is tightly sheathed on the rotary coupling sleeve (9) and meshed with the driving gear (7). A coupling link (2) is arranged in the rotary coupling sleeve (9), which same is connected to the double-layer drilling rod mechanism (11). An impact drilling column (25) positioned by a guide shaft bushing (26) is arranged in an outer-layer rotating drilling pipe (28) of the double-layer drilling rod mechanism (11); a clamping lock (24) for connecting the coupling link (2) is arranged at the top of the inner-layer impact drilling column (25); an impact head (12) connected to the impact drilling column (25) is arranged in a drilling bit coupling sleeve (29). A drilling bit (13) positioned below the impact head (12) is connected to the drilling bit coupling sleeve (29) by means of a front coupling (30). As the impact head is positioned at the bottom of the double-layer drilling rod mechanism and acts on the drilling bit directly, the impact energy generated by the present invention does not weaken in step with any increase of the length of a drilling rod. The rotary impact type rock drilling machine has the high efficiency of a hydraulic rock drilling machine and also the advantages of good transfer of impact energy and straight drilling of a downhole drill, while easily generating high impact energy and enabling large-aperture drilling and deep hole rock drilling. |
