The present invention relates to an anti-obesity composition comprising a mixture of black garlic extracts and Garcinia cambogia extracts. The mixed composition of the present invention has an anti-obesity effect by suppressing fat synthesis and fat cell differentiation through the activation of AMPK and the inhibition of ACC, which is a target of AMPK, and also shows improved effects compared to using only one species, whereby the composition can be effectively used for the treatment or prevention of obesity.
