<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vertically long hot water mat so as to be smoothly carried into an elevator or a room. <P>SOLUTION: A mat body 2 has a vertically long shape. A straight part 4a of a hot water pipe 4 is directed to a length direction of the mat body 2. A U-turn part 4b is disposed close to both end portions 2b of the mat body 2. On a rear side of the mat body 2, slits 7 are formed at fixed intervals so as to be orthogonal to the straight part 4a of the hot water pipe 4 across the mat body 2. The mat body 2 is rolled up from the end by use of the slits 7, with a heat radiating sheet 6 pasted on a front side of the mat body 2 facing inside.
