<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug for treating pathological condition of cancer or the like. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a pharmaceutical preparation containing death receptor ligands including Apo-2 ligand/TRAIL polypeptides or death receptor antibodies, and EGFR inhibitors including a quinazoline derivative, and methods for using the same. The death receptor antibodies are preferably DR5 antibodies and DR4 antibodies, and the quinazoline derivative is Tarceva<SP POS="POST">TM</SP>[N-(3-ethynylphenyl)-6,7-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)-4-quinazolinamine].
